Your email on the waitlist

Version 3, 1 November 2026. This page covers the waitlist for the AI Agent Security course only.

Who keeps it

John Academy, the company that sells Lead The Agents courses, decides how this data is used.

What we keep

The email address you type in.
Which ad or link brought you to the page, if there was one (for example "linkedin").
The date and time you joined, and which version of this notice you saw.

We do not store your IP address or set tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, sees your IP address when your browser loads the page and uses it for a short time to block people who send the form too many times. To stop spam, the form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a script, is sending it. Cloudflare handles that check under its own Turnstile privacy policy.

Why

To send you one email when the course opens. You asked for that email by joining the list, and that request is the reason we can keep your address. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it.

How long

Until that one email has been sent. Then we delete the list. If the course has not opened by 1 November 2027, we delete the list anyway.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare's servers, which may be outside your country. Cloudflare acts for us under its data processing terms.

Your rights

You can remove your email at any time with the form below. It takes effect straight away. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to see the data we hold about you or to complain to your privacy regulator, for example the ICO in the UK, your national data protection authority in the EU, or the OAIC in Australia.
